What is the pH?
What is the moisture level?

My compost is the same that for the cannabis but improved with grain(bead) akadama, perlite, fiber coco , compost for bonzai

Your humidity is too low. You will have a very hard time acclimitizing your plant to 25% humidity. Your leaves will stunt, tips burn and fall off with low humidity. Introduce a humidifier into your room to release water vapour into your dry air. Buy a hygrometer to measure your humidity levels in that room. Your coca leaves will grow fast and strong at 90% humidity !
