If you can't find a site for recipes then I would have to doubt your ability to "cook". Depending where you are in the world will dictate what chems you can get. I won't give you any addresses but if you are desperate then use Wikipedia to gather clues for search terms, like nazi method.
I would highly advise that you don't risk it. Ice destroys lives unlike chewing betel nut/coca and it is totally illegal. You can send yourself blind, burn out your lungs or kill yourself. I don't see any real rewards in ice unless you live in mexico and have high production facilities but even then you risk losing your head.
