New York has put out a heroin drug guide.

Because of the health implications involved with heroin and needle sharing, New York has released a guide on how to stay disease free while being an addict.

In Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, there is a "drop in centre" where anyone including addicts can go in and get injected with heroin and other substances with brand new needles provided by the tax payers to stop the spread of diseases in alley ways. I am assuming that this place is funded by the Canadian government.

The place is called "Insite". I am assuming that they got the name from "injection site".

Addicts go in and they get their own booth where they are allowed to "shoot themselves up".
