jakejeff: George, the old bastard landlord kicked me out of my rental unit/store because I would not pay his increase in rent of $200 more than what I was currently paying. I could not afford to pay an extra $200/ month, more. George said, "You are gonna pay an extra $200 per month more or get the fuck out" ! So I had no choice but to move out as soon as possible without having a new location. I was put out on the street for not being able to pay my slumlord (George Rusich) the $200 increase/month in rent.

My actors, friends and the poor and needy unfortunate people that I was supporting emotionally, financially and generously feeding were and are left in the dark with my dissappearance. The city of Hamilton should confiscate George Rusich's apartment/bar (George and Mary's). There should be a serious investigation about George and Mary's bar and apartment building. This apartment building has some serious violations that are placing all his less fortunate tenants and patrons in serious unsafe and unhealthy conditions while George Rusich sits at home in the comfort of his indoor swimming pool ! I have seen it, it's huge ! These unsanitary conditions puts a grave danger to the local community that surrounds George and Mary's bar/apartment, in many ways. Rats with rabbies, infestations of cockroaches and stagnant viral and bacterial air quality are just some ways of this establishment negatively affecting the local community by these terrible unhealthy viral conditions leaching into the streets and neighbouring homes via rodents, birds, cockroaches, human contact etc.. There is probably enough mold and fungus spore damage to declare this place condemned and unsafe for living, by law !
Just like any recovered "grow op", it should be the landlords/owners responsibility, by law, to make this apartment building safe for living conditions with NO silent killing mold/fungus growing in the walls. Issues of formaldyhyde should also be a serious concern. The Health Department should seriously consider sending one of their finest to test thoroughly the air quality and dangerous mold conditions at George and Mary's bar/apartments upstairs, focusing primarily the east wing apartments at back parking lot. These dangerous unsanitary conditions should be cleaned and fixed immediately or tear the apartment building down just like the aftermath of any moldy "grow op", by law. Someone should slap a hefty fine on this slumlord that will send his head spinning and maybe he will stop sabotaging his paying tenants and stop exposing them to these dangerous and hazardous living conditions that are obvious to see in the east wing side of the apartment building above eastside parking lot of 205 Melvin Avenue. I feel that it is my responsibility and duty to expose this "piece of shit, selfish slumlord", on behalf of the eastwing side tenants mostly suffering from terminal illnesses and on behalf of concerned neighbours and parents of Parkdale and Melvin area !
Actually, I don't consider this building an apartment building because there are no kitchens in any of the rooms or on any floors. I have yet to see a kitchen in any of the rooms throughout the whole entire building, west and east wing sides. It is considered, in my eyes, a lodging home with dirty rooms for rent with absolutely no kitchens and no housekeeping or cleaning whatsoever.
As of December 1, 2008 George and Mary's bar/Apartments (no kitchens) brings in a monthly income of about
: westwing rooms $3,500.00/month for occupants, eastwing rooms including storefronts $7,650.00/month for occupants
George the slumlord landlord brings in a total monthly income of nearly $11,150.00/month TAX FREE, probably ! This works out to be $133,800.00 for 1 year. It sickens me to think that George the slumlord makes an income of $133,800.00 every year at the expense of his suffering and mostly terminally ill tenants living under dangerous and hazardous conditions. Wow, that is alot of money. I don't think that any type of housing authorities or the Health Department should let George get away with this type of behaviour ! Are we supposed to feel sorry for George because he is a very old 84 year old man ? No way, fuck him. I and many others that have had an opportunity to get to know him on a personal level know for sure what he is capable of, A SNAKE IN THE GRASS ! Heartless !
I do not think that his immediate family knows about his bastard children that live in the Pardale/Melvin area. He constantly brags about not ever supporting financially, his bastard children that live in the Parkdale/Melvin area. No man should ever go without paying "Child support", for the sake of tax payers (welfare,social services). This sickens me that a man like George is able to get away with burdening us all as taxpayers by forcing us to raise his bastard siblings financially. I curse this mother fucker for all the poor and needy families that he has destroyed and "spat on", for his own personal gain and selfishness. I also curse this "piece of crap of a man", for all the innocent victims that he has raped and molested over these past many years.
I and a couple others have proof and reason to believe that George has been seen stealing from donation and charity jars . Shame on you George Rusich for disrespecting the same clients, friends and family that helped make you a wealthy man. This man needs to spend a couple of days in confession, that's forsure !
Is it a crime to drop a couple of hits of "Ex Lax" into George's drink ? hmmmm...
